INFORMATION ON INSTRUCTORS FOR 2018-2019:*

Alan Kirshner Alias: Doc K	The founder of Weibel Chess 31 years ago. Has been playing chess for 75 years. Has been an educator for 59 years.
Bada Norovasambuu	Second year at Weibel. Mongolisn Chess Master. Taught chess in Washington State for 5 years before moving to the Bay Area.
Clarence Jones	Sixth year at Weibel. Came to us from Shoreview Chess. He is known for his lightening speed in Blitz chess.
Demetrius Goins	Has been with Weibel for nine years. He is a high expert player. His chess program, Shoreview Chess, is in Fremont.
Enrico Sevillano	Grand Master. Originally from the Philippines. Has been an active player and chess coach since he arrived here 10 years ago.
Frisco DelRosario	He taught here off and on for many years. A Chess Expert and author of two popular chess books. Great to watch teach.
Jason Cruz	I was lucky to convince Jason to teach for us two years ago. He is an A payer and loves chess and teaching kids.
Jenny Ly	This will be Jenny's second year at Weibel. She is also teaching chessclasses in another program. My office Assistant.
Kevin McCue	Eleventh year at Weibel. I knew him at Ohlone College. I learned he played chess when he joined the college chess club.
Kevin Moy	A Weibel alum who won the Nationals, played in the World's and has heped at Weibel since he left six years ago.
Richard Shorman	Perhaps the best known chess instructor in the Bay Area. He wrote a chess column for many years for the Daily Review.
